I'd give anything to be in a class like this. I am taking an online MBA program where I literally am teaching myself. I often watch these videos just to see what it would be like in another life.
Continue business as usual as long as the laws permitting. Ive had no education but im not a fool. Business must always continue, this is where Western Economies are failing. You still have thousands of people to pay, loans, suppliers and governments to continue payments to. As its a mine, the competition will not be fierce and if anything there will be pressure for the mine to continue production from all angles, its hard to suddenly find a new mine to supply you with the logistics involved.
Ideally you should look to compensate the family of the deceased, sign off on a non disclousure agreement and continue business operations, safety should look to be improved with the a contract awarded to safety improvement company and reviewed periodcally.
As for Ronnie lol, his comments about blacks being not cared for as much as whites, its not part of the question, its irrelevant, if black miners died in The West its considered just as serious, you talking about geographically where there is no health and safety laws, we have come a long way from all that crap lets really just focus on the question.
All got something in common, you dont answer a question directly. So heres a working mans answer, Keep it open, pay off the family, outsource the problem of safety to the relevant people, no wonder nothing gets done in the west and why its not at time of writing 14/01/2023 for British Telecoms Industry to finally get up and running after christmas, happy new year.

As any other BS school this one is also BS. And why in the hell that woman is running around and losing her breath? You do not solve such problems in this manner. Shutting down or not is just a matter of mathematical calculations of probability of occurence such a case, possible improvement of safety and judgment based on facts on scale. Not an emotional or political matter lady! Harvard sucks. 😍
Everyone is saying how this way of learning is great, but my anxiety says otherwise. Especially if you’re graded on participation and on top of that having an answer that doesn’t make you look dumb in front of what looks like 50-100 people. I wish i could get confidence to enjoy speaking out and learning from my peers

Business school is one of the worst investments on earth! My biggest regret was to work at retail banking, meeting the most disgusting colleagues whose verbal attacks still hurt. Don't get into business school if you have the IQ level enough to get you into Harvard! Do something more worthy of your time! Hate every inch of business school! Gain some real technical skills other than talking people into giving you business! That's so cheap!
