I feel the concept like northshore plaza, open air shopping mall, but this one is better. Is it by HDB?
Hawker food in malls = not hawker food but mall food, expensive overpriced food. Real hawker food is not in aircon
sadly there are only a few really memorable building landmarks in sg including the malls. the rest all look the same

As a teen Singaporean i have to say this mall is the same as the other malls nothing special i suggest china malls because it's much bigger and fun.
Last time Buangkok like ghost town and the MRT station havent open. Now so many people.
I live within a 1 km radius of Buangkok and the atrium of this mall is very big but the basement looks like a one strip of road in a flea market. so small
nothing special doesnt attract me
the issue with singapore malls is that they are almost a repeat of the same shops, same restaurants and same decor. Bangkok, taiwan or japan malls are much more interesting.

why only 3 levels of shops….since singapore has limited land space, the mall should be taller with at least 100 levels.
Another cookie cutter mall for the masses
Putting small trees and plants in the main lobby is a wise choice. Landscape design creates cozy spaces in and around the mall. Most customers today prefer casual and intimate spaces to luxury retail showrooms.
Nothing special about this shopping mall to me all looks the same as the others

Singapore is the most boring place in the world. No identity, and built very cheap.
Every shop is the same as every other mall, nothing spectacular about this mall or indeed any mall in Singapore
Other than convenient for residents living around the area. Spore malls really lack attractions – too many duplication brands.
really no air con,this is bad who will go to the mall.A shopping mall must have air con if not i rather go ion orchard shop.
Buangkok used to be so empty. Good to see a mall built.
One big problem is until now Seng Kang still don’t have cinema not good as Ang Mo Kio Hub

It's better to open for business when the hawker centre is ready so that even if not all the shops are available the food is ready.

Its main purpose is to serve the community there so it makes sense to have the usual shops you find in most malls.

This is a community shopping centre, not a mall!! A mall must have at least 1 cinema!
Not looking forward to a new shopping centre in SG as 99% of the shop u can just find in any other shopping centres.

All the same stores you’ll find in every other big mall here..
Singapore got alot of mall cannot give aircon liao la, so this 1 gotta sacrifice. Not a full fledge mall without cinema or a big library.
The developer sure anot to call it GRAND MALL???? Come next door waterway point to see what is a full fledged mall with full nature.
