   WARNING ⚠️ Extremely Poor Quality “Luxury” Product – Reposting my recent complaint filed to save others the disappointment.

   Dear Better Business Bureau,

   I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the Diffuser I recently purchased from Hotel Collection. Despite the high cost, the product has proven to be of extremely poor quality, with a loud persistent noise that makes it unusable only a few months after the purchase.

   I have contacted the customer support team in hopes of resolving this issue, but the lack of competence and indifference to my situation has only added to my frustration. The support team was unhelpful and instead offered me a coupon to buy another diffuser.

   I would like to bring this to your attention and warn others who may be considering purchasing this faulty and cheaply designed product. Consumers should not have to endure the frustration and disappointment that comes with purchasing a product that is not fit for purpose, especially not at such a high cost.

   I hope that you will take this matter seriously and help to address the issue. I would appreciate a response from your organization and a resolution to this problem.
