    조이님이 보실지 모르겠지만 일단 적어봅니다.
    드리퍼에 원두가루 넣으시고 탁탁 치는것보다 살살 흔들어서 수평을 맞춰주시는게 좋습니다. 그리고 이번에 하리오 레시피중에 센터커피에서 사용되는 레시피가 저에게는 제일 잘맞았어요.(자세한 레시피는 ㅇㅅㅌ님 유튜브에 있습니다.ㅎㅎ) 센터커피 핫브루잉 레시피로 드립백 내려봤는데 그냥 내려서 마시는것보다 훨씬 더 맛있었어요.
    또한 모모스커피도 유튜브에 올라와있으니 참고해주시면 좋을거 같습니다. 참고로 모모스커피 에스쇼콜라가 블랜드 원두임에도 불구하고 드립으로 내렸을때도 정말 맛있더라구요. 🙂 다른 홈카페하시는분들 추천도 같이 곁들이자면 모모스 프루티봉봉도 추천드리고갑니다.

    드립 커피 원두를우선바꿔보세요. 원두가맛없을수도있겠네요.

    커피리브레 중약배전 원두들 좋은데 함 찾아보세요.

    그리고, 드립시 1:10으로 추출후 가수하는 방법을 추천합니다. 아직 드립시 변수가많아 맛이 없다면 방법을 바꿔보세요. 더 맛적으로 좋습니다.

    예)
    원두20g사용-> 40g물넣고 불림-> 1차 80g물투여(물 다 떨어진 후 2차 진행) , 2~3차는 각 40g씩 넣고 추출 . 총 200g 추출 후 뜨거운물 100g가수하면 진짜 맛나는데요. 향 , 맛 전부다 더 부각됩니다. 드립분쇄는 코만단테 26클릭사용. 드립식 물은 원두 가운데 부분으로 집중해서 물 내리세요.

    첨엔 잘몰라서 1.2.3차 또는 4차까지 총 물량대로 1;15, 1;16, 1;17 등등 총물량만을보고 내려서 마셔봤는데, 이상하게 잡맛도나고, 뒷맛에 쓴맛이 올라오고 암튼 별로였어요…

    그뒤로 1;10에 가수하는방법을 세계챔피언 동영상보고 바꿔봤더니 이건 뭐 브루잉 맛집 안부러워요.

    단, 주의사항 …1) 원두는 무조건 좋은거쓰기 2)물온도 젤 뜨겁게 하기-열손실이 많은드립이라 무조건뜨거운물바로붓기…단 중강배전이상은 제외 3) 찻잔 미리 뜬거운물로 뎁혀놓기 (두꺼운 찻잔쓰기-러브라믹스같은거 150ml~180ml정도사이즈 추천) 큰거로마시면 빨리식고맛없음…
    4) 잔에 따를 때 서버에담긴 커피 스월링 충분히 해준 후 잡향 꼭 빼주고, 커피를 잔에 따를땐 따뜻한 잔에 여러번 조금씩 따라 마시기…

    뭐 이정도 규칙이면 드립 커피로는 최고 레시피네용.

    하리오v60(3~4인용), 총 추출시간 2;15~2;30 이내로 끝내기…

    I love the new video as I always do, Joy. Here's a tip. After you put the beans in the grinder, close the sliding bottom on the hopper above the beans. It will prevent the beans from jumping while grinding. It's called 'popcorning' because it jumps like popcorn. The grind might not be as even as it could be when it popcorns. Thanks again for your videos!

    조이님 영상 보면서 라떼아트 처음 연습하기 시작했는데 인연이 있었던 건지 몇년 후에 호주에 가서 살 수도 있게 되었어요☺️ 가게되면 저도 카페에서 일해보고 싶어서 지금 이것저것 공부하고 있고요. 혹시 미리 알아두면 좋은 공부거리(?)가 있을까요? 아니 근데.. 영상 너무 예쁘니까 댓글 쓰다가 눈이 자꾸 가서 한 10분째 이 짧은 글을 마무리를 못하고 있…..☺️☺️

    Lovely video. 👏🏼 Try pouring around the sides of the coffee bed without water touching the paper and ending every pour in the middle. It agitates as if it’s stirring the coffee grounds without using a spoon. I’ve learned this from James Hoffman’s V60 technique and Tetsu Kasuya’s. I use either depending on the day.

    Anyways, brilliant video. Very aesthetically pleasing. 😃

    매번 너무 좋은 커피 영상들 잘 보고있습니다^^ 라떼아트 배우러 가고 싶어지는 영상들이에요~ ㅎㅎ
    좋은 드립포트를 쓰시고 계시네요! 그런데 물줄기가 좀 굵게 나오는거 같아요~ 물줄기가 좀 가늘게 나오는 드립포트 쓰시면 드립하시기가 더~ 좋을거 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ 저는 칼리타 웨이브 드립포트쓰는데, 약간 크기가 커서그렇지만 물줄기 조절하기가 좋아요!
