Having said that, Joel’s work reinforces my support for the ABC report placards and inspection reports being online to check out. All this is saying the food is soo good even the chef can't resist to pick morsels from it. This make me want to go there in time, tie up the chef's hand, and make him cook same food so I can eat it myself. ha ha

I had to work as a dishwasher a few years ago, and the kinds of things that I saw going on in the kitchen, made me realize that I was completely oblivious to the type of nasty shit that goes on back there! This is only a small part of what goes on at probably EVERY restaurant.

i ate at canter's tonight and ordered the half roasted chicken. it tasted sour, like it was spoiled.. and dried out like it has been under heat lamps for more than 8 hours. that reminded me of this story back in 97 that nobody seems to remember. it was hard to find. all the searches i did on google just talked about canter's famous lounge and illustrious history. i don't know why people frequent these dives, i guess it's the cool factor and location, location, location.

I think its actually safer to eat at a fast food place, like BK. Take it from me, I used to work their and its pretty clean all around.
OK lets dont blame this on the employee its the owners fault or the managers fault he as the owner has to train his staff if they didnt pass it the first time he should of gotten with his staff and talked to them about the do's and dont's
