Welcome to Jackson’s Ice Cream! At all of our locations, our main goal is making people happy! And what better way to provide happiness is there than serving delicious local ice cream!

We source locally as much as possible and all of our ice cream comes from the island. Our scooped and soft-serve is made by Island Farms, located in downtown Victoria. Island Farms is a dairy co-op and collects milk from farmers all over Vancouver Island. We love supporting this fantastic local company. We also have a dairy-free option from Mario’s Gelati in Vancouver, B.C.

Jackson’s Ice Cream began in 2004 when Jackson returned from overseas and had a dream to build a float home at Fisherman’s Wharf in Victoria, B.C. This dream expanded to have a one-of-a-kind floating ice cream shop! Over a decade later, Jackson’s has expanded to include the famous Jackson’s Ice Cream Float and a licensed barbecue restaurant.

Jackson’s Ice Cream offers sweet frozen treats at Fisherman’s Wharf, including 15 flavors of hard ice cream, 3 flavors of soft serve and a non-dairy sorbetto.
